The SpaceX Dragon spacecraft carrying NASA astronauts Jessica Watkins and Luke Delaney, CSA (Canadian Space Agency) astronaut Joshua Kutryk, and Roscosmos cosmonaut Sergey Teteryatnikov to the International Space Station has safely reached orbit, separated from the Falcon 9's second stage, and the spacecraft's nosecone has opened.
A postlaunch news conference will be held at approximately 1:10 p.m. EDT at the agency's Kennedy Space Center in Florida, with the following participants:
NASA will stream the postlaunch news conference on the agency's YouTube channel.
Crew-13 will spend just under 8 hours in orbit phasing on its way to the space station, with docking to the space-facing port of the station's Harmony module targeted for 7 p.m., making this the fastest launch-to-docking in the history of the International Space Station.
You can follow along with mission activities and get more information on the International Space Station blog. Learn more about commercial crew and space station activities by following @NASAKennedy and @Space_Station on X, as well as NASAKennedy and ISS on Facebook.
