Nomination Committee appointed for the Annual General Meeting 2027 in Proact IT Group AB (publ)

In accordance with a resolution passed at a previous Annual General Meeting of Proact IT Group AB, a Nomination Committee has been formed with the task of preparing proposals to be presented at the company's Annual General Meeting 2027. The Nomination Committee shall consist of representatives of the four largest shareholders in terms of voting rights. If any of them does not exercise the right to appoint a member, the right to appoint a member passes to the next largest shareholder in terms of voting rights. The Nomination Committee is also entitled to co-opt the Chair of the Board to its meetings.

Proact's second and fifth largest shareholders in terms of voting rights have chosen not to appoint a representative to the Nomination Committee. The company's sixth largest shareholder in terms of voting rights, Polaris Management A/S, has therefore taken their place.

The Nomination Committee consists of the following members:

• Katarina Berggren (Aktiebolaget Grenspecialisten)
• Jesper Bergström (Handelsbanken Fonder)
• Petter Mattsson Hamilton (Alcur Fonder AB)
• Roger Hagborg (Polaris Management A/S)

The Nomination Committee's term of office runs until a new Nomination Committee has been appointed.
