Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Consorzio Stabile SIS (SIS), a joint venture between Fininc Group and Sacyr Group, on a securitisation of receivables originated by SIS. FinX Capital S.p.A. advised SIS on the financial structuring and negotiation of the transaction.
The receivables arise from fees owed to SIS under an O&M contract as consideration for the management and maintenance of a motorway infrastructure. The senior notes issued by a special purpose vehicle incorporated pursuant to Law 130/99 have been placed to funds managed by a leading international investment firm.
The Milan-based Norton Rose Fulbright team was led by banking and finance partner Nunzio Bicchieri, supported by counsel Andrea Salsi and associate Giulio Mariano.
