The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:
McGarvin-Moberly Construction Company (F001870, P0040269):
CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by McGarvin-Moberly Construction Company to modify Air Quality Permit CT-1297 (P0026411) to represent current operations for the portable Gencor Industries Ultra-Plant drum mix hot mix asphalt plant. The portable hot mix asphalt plant will be located at various locations throughout Wyoming, but will be initially located in Section 22, T19N, R104W, approximately four (4) miles east-northeast of Rock Springs, in Sweetwater County, Wyoming. Maximum production for the portable hot mix asphalt plant is reported to be 520,000 tons per year (tpy), 400 tons per hour (tph), and it will use a maximum of twenty percent (20%) Recycled Asphalt Pavement (RAP).
For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online athttps://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F001870 and permit number P0040269 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Sweetwater County Library, Green River, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Sweetwater County Clerk's Office, Green River, Wyoming.
