The Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct has filed a presentment in In the Matter of Britt J. Simon, Judge of the Municipal Court.
The presentment is in response to a complaint filed by the committee on July 28, 2025. An answer was filed on Aug. 18, 2025.
The complaint was filed in accordance with the "Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey, Rule 2:15 Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct," which is available at njcourts.gov.
