Bank of America Named to PEOPLE’s 100 Companies That Care List for Eighth Consecutive Year

CHARLOTTE, North CarolinaN.C. - Bank of America announced it has been named to PEOPLE's 2026 100 Companies That Care list. This marks the bank's eighth consecutive year on the list, underscoring its long-standing commitment to supporting teammates and local communities.

To create the list, PEOPLE partnered with Great Place to Work® to analyze confidential feedback from nearly 970,000 employees at major U SU.S. employers, alongside data on workplace benefits, corporate culture and community giving.

The 2026 recognition reflects Bank of America's work to connect communities through the power of sport, including:

  • Endurance Partnerships and Volunteerism: Serving as the presenting partner of the Boston Marathon and title partner of the Bank of America Chicago Distance Series, the company mobilizes over 1,250 employee volunteers during race weekends to support local communities. The two marathons have also helped raise funds for more than 390 charities and driven economic growth across Boston and Chicago.
  • Youth Sports Access: Expanding youth sports access through Bank of America's Sports with Us platform, which empowers young people to learn life lessons through the power of sport. Golf with Us is a signature part of the platform, which offers youth ages 6 to 18 access to tee times for five dollars$5 or less through a free one-year membership to nonprofit Youth on Course. More than 187,000 kids have enrolled in Golf with Us and logged more than 228,000 rounds of golf through the offer.
