This comes after the completion of the institute reporting and seat confirmation for CAP Round 3 on August 28, 2026. The Round 4 seat matrix provides candidates with the opportunity to figure out the number of seats available in the various specializations like Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, IT, Electrical Engineering, and Civil Engineering.

All candidates wishing to participate in CAP Round 4 must fill and lock a fresh option form online between August 30 and September 1, 2026. Choices entered in previous counseling rounds will not carry over. Candidates receiving allotments in Round 4 must complete online seat acceptance and report physically to their designated college with original documents and fees between September 5 and September 7, 2026, to finalize their lateral entry admission.
