Traffic Advisory: Construction on College Ave. starting Tuesday
What: Starting Tuesday, Sept. 16, College Avenue will be closed between Ferguson Street and Erwin Street. Traffic can still travel east and west on Ferguson Street and Erwin Street.
Fencing along Erwin Street will be shifted to reopen the parking spaces. The Fair Plaza and Smith County Parking Garages are also available for free parking.
