Attorney General Raoul Charges Chicago Man With Theft In Medicaid Fraud Case

Chicago - Attorney General Kwame Raoul announced charges against a Chicago man for allegedly defrauding the state out of more than $19,000 by billing the Illinois Department of Human Services - Department of Developmental Disabilities (DHS-DDD) for service hours that were not performed.
