Community Energy Project (CEP) is a nonprofit that partners with low-income communities on the frontlines of climate change to create more resilient, efficient, and healthy homes.
CEP provides no-cost home energy assessments for eligible low-income homeowners. Your home may also qualify for no-cost energy efficiency improvements.
