CANCELACIÓN DE EMISOR - VALORES

La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2026-00019928 de 09 de septiembre de 2026, resolvió CANCELAR en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores la inscripción de los valores emitidos por la compañía ARTES GRÁFICAS SENEFELDER C.A. cuya oferta pública de la QUINTA EMISIÓN DE OBLIGACIONES DE LARGO PLAZO fue autorizada mediante resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2023-00040200 del 21 de junio de 2023 por el monto de hasta USD $4'000.000,00 amparada por garantía general y específica, la cual ha sido cancelada en su totalidad.
