On August 3, 2026, Georgia Electric Membership Corporation's board of directors selected Heather H. Teilhet, our current Executive Vice President, External Affairs, as its next President/CEO, effective January 4, 2027. As a result of this appointment, Ms. Teilhet informed us that she will resign from her current position on January 1, 2027. Ms. Teilhet intends to remain with us through her resignation date to help identify and transition her responsibilities to her successor. We intend to begin a search for Ms. Teilhet's replacement.
