Governor Meyer Orders Lowering of Flags to Honor Passing of West Virginia Army National Guard Member Sarah Beckstrom
WILMINGTON - Today, Delaware Governor Matt Meyer ordered all flags at state buildings and facilities to be flown at half-staff to honor the passing of West Virginia Army National Guard Specialist Sarah Beckstrom, following the Presidential proclamation and in accordance with U.S. Flag Code. This order will last until sunset on December 4, 2025.
