NATCA Members Host U.S. Rep. Madeleine Dean for Tour of Reading ATCT

NATCA Legislative Activist Robert Belote (Reading ATCT, RDG) and Pennsylvania State Coordinator Brandy Willis (Philadelphia ATCT, PHL) gave U.S. Rep. Madeleine Dean (Pa.-4) a facility tour of Reading ATCT (RDG) in July 2026.
The visit focused on the condition of the RDG air traffic control tower, the lingering effects of the October 2025 government shutdown, and the mental health in aviation legislation that are currently working their way through Congress.
Rep. Dean said she was grateful for the unwavering support air traffic controllers provide to the flying public and pledged to continue working on issues important to NATCA.
