Deadline to submit proposals is August 19, 2026
COLUMBIA, Md., (July 21, 2026) - TEDCO, Maryland's economic engine for technology companies, announced the release of a Salesforce Support Services Request for Proposals (RFP). The RFP was established to create a collaboration between TEDCO and a qualified Salesforce consulting firm.
"TEDCO continues to grow, offering new opportunities and resources to entrepreneurs across the state," said Tammi Thomas, TEDCO president. "With this expansion comes a need for additional support, and we are excited to work with the chosen entity to not only continue our goal of identifying, investing in and growing technology and life sciences startups, but to refine processes and allow for more expansion."
The selected collaborator will serve as an extension of TEDCO's technology team, providing reliable, responsive, high-quality operational and technical support across the organization's Salesforce environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, configuration, customization, quality assurance, documentation, knowledge transfer and other related services.
"We take pride in keeping a sustainable and secure platform and look forward to enhancing our processes to allow for more efficiency," said Geyssel Gonzalez, TEDCO's chief finance and technology officer. "All qualified entities interested in joining our efforts to support and expand Maryland's entrepreneurial ecosystem are encouraged to submit a proposal."
Applicants should be able to provide business analysis, solution design, development, testing, project management, documentation, deployment support and end-user knowledge transfer. Interested entities should respond to the detailed RFP, available here. TEDCO will evaluate proposals and select the firm best qualified to provide the requested services.
The organization published the RFP on July 20, 2026; all proposals must be submitted by August 19, 2026.
