East Market Street Closure Underway

The 100 block of East Market Street from North Elm Street to North Davie Street is closed due to water line repair. There are no disruptions to water service.

City crews will be on-site until repairs are completed, the lanes reopened, and service is restored, which is expected by 7 am Friday morning. Signs and traffic cones are in place, and motorists are urged to use alternate routes to avoid the area.
