Regulated information announcement- Notification of significant changes in voting rights in accordance with Law 3556/2007

In accordance with articles 9 & 14 of Law 3556/2007 and article 4.1.1 (8) of the Athens Exchange Regulation as in force, the company "KΙRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A." (the "Company") notifies the investing public of the following: according to the notification dated 16/5/2025 TR1 received from Mr. Antonios Mouzakis son of Ioannis on the same date, during the Athens Stock Exchange meeting of 15/5/2025, Mr. Ant. Mouzakis proceeded to one (1) over-the-counter transaction by which he acquired two hundred and twenty-one thousand seven hundred and fifty-seven (221.757) shares of the Company. As a result, his percentage rose from 2,7441% to 5,6638%, i.e. above the 5% threshold and Mr. Ant. Mouzakis currently holds 430.173 common shares and corresponding voting rights of the Company.
