Negative Declaration
Orange County - The Town of Montgomery Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed GTS and I-1 Zoning Amendments will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the applicant, Gabrielli Truck Sales (GTS), proposing to construct a new 25,245 square foot (footprint) building with associated driveway, emergency access drive to the adjacent Town water tank parcel, parking, landscaping, lighting, stormwater management system and utility infrastructure. Also proposed as part of this project is a Zoning Text Amendment to Chapter 235 of the Town of Montgomery Code to add "Truck sales and leasing with accessory retail parts and truck service center" to the list of uses allowed in the I-1 Zoning District by Special Use Permit. The project is located at 135 Neelytown Road; I-1 Zoning Districts in the Town of Montgomery, New York.
