GoTo Enhances LogMeIn Resolve for MSPs with New AI Features and Integrations

LogMeIn Resolve enables MSPs to automate workflows and increase technician productivity with new AI tools, multi-tenant inventory, an MCP server, and ecosystem integrations

GoTo, the leader in cloud communications and IT, today announced major updates to its LogMeIn Resolve IT management and support platform for managed service providers (MSPs). The latest enhancements include new AI-powered insights, multi-tenant management capabilities, a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, and third-party integrations, all designed to make managing and supporting customers easier for MSPs.

"Our growth was made possible thanks to Resolve's capabilities," said Federico Fobert, CEO of ITM Service Provider. "Thanks to these tools, we have been able to avoid hiring additional operators, saving both time and resources, increasing professionalism, and ensuring a highly reliable service for our customers. LogMeIn Resolve is the software that works for you and for your customers - and that is priceless."

MSP-first Capabilities Make Multi-Tenant Support Easier

Resolve's latest features are built to ease the complexity of managing multiple client environments, giving technicians greater control, cleaner data, and a more professional experience for their customers:

  • AI-Powered Technician Tools - Enhanced visibility into common vulnerabilities and exposures (CVE), automated patching error summaries, and one-click screen analysis provide valuable insights and faster support resolutions.
  • Multi-Tenancy Software Inventory - Per-tenant install counts, tenant-level filtering, and audit-ready reporting provide and facilitate management across multiple tenants while maintaining strict data separation.
  • Custom Tenant Branding - Customizable remote support sessions with branded user interfaces, logos, and visuals specific to each client help build customer trust and loyalty.
  • Tenant-Based Policy Management (Coming Soon) - Scoping and enforcement of device policies at the tenant level enable easier multi-tenant management without overlap or manual segmentation.

New and Enhanced Integrations Strengthen Workflows

Resolve now connects with more of the platforms that MSPs depend on every day, automating workflows, enhancing security, and simplifying documentation:

  • MCP Server (Open Beta) - Resolve now plugs into AI assistants via the open MCP standard, so technicians can query devices, triage tickets, and start remote sessions in their AI tools. Access is permission-aware and fully audited.
  • Acronis EDR and XDR - An enhanced integration surfaces endpoint detection and response (EDR) and extended detection and response (XDR) security alerts within Resolve, so technicians can easily respond to threats without leaving the platform.
  • HaloPSA - The updated Resolve integration enables tighter ticket synchronization and surfaces device context directly in Halo's professional services automation (PSA) for smoother workflows.
  • Hudu and IT Glue (Coming Soon) - Integrations with two new documentation and IT asset management platforms show Resolve data in the tools technicians already use, reducing manual data entry and keeping records current.

"MSPs are tired of platforms that aren't built for how they actually work, whether it's jumping between tools to manage security alerts or rebuilding documentation by hand after every session," said Steve Shattuck, Vice President of Global Partner Ecosystems at GoTo. "LogMeIn Resolve is already the platform MSPs trust to run their business, and today's enhancements help it work even harder for them."

In further support of MSPs, GoTo also launched "The Practical MSP," a new podcast for the managed services community. Part of the company's "Practically Tomorrow" podcast network, the new series features conversations with experts on the challenges of running an MSP and offers actionable advice to stay competitive.
