Convicted Felon Arrested After Running from Detectives Tuesday Night with Outstanding Warrants

A convicted felon with outstanding warrants is jailed this morning on $84,500 bond after he ran from TITANS Unit detectives Tuesday night on Jenkins Street with a pistol and drugs in his pockets.

Jacquise Miller, 27, had aggravated burglary and domestic assault warrants stemming from a May incident with his ex-girlfriend where he assaulted her in front of their child.

During his arrest on Tuesday, detectives recovered crack cocaine, cocaine and marijuana as well as a handgun.

Miller was booked on his outstanding charges as well as evading arrest, resisting arrest, two counts of drug possession and two weapons charges. He is currently being held in lieu of $84,500 bond.
