  2. Approval of contract to purchase land near the former Bayfield Landfill.
  3. Ratification of the 2026 Colorado Department of Transportation Law Enforcement Assistant Fund grant program application for $5,550 for equipment replacement.
  4. Ratification of a 2027 Colorado Department of Transportation High Visibility Impaired Driving Enforcement grant program application for $31,200 for personnel costs relating to DUI enforcement.
  5. Approval of a letter supporting Cascade Timber Salvage's application for grant funds for the expansion of a sawmill processing capacity.
  6. Approval of the renewal of a retail liquor store license and off-premises consumption delivery permit for Mother Cline Enterprises dba Mother Cline Liquor.
  7. Approval of the renewal of a hotel and restaurant liquor license for Kennebec Cafe, Inc.

  14. Ratification of a letter supporting Congressionally Directed Spending for the Durango, Bayfield and Ignacio School Districts' ICON Workforce Development Center.
  15. Ratification of a letter of supporting Congressionally Directed Spending for Durango Fire Protection District's Interagency Wildfire Center.
  16. Ratification of a letter of support for the First Presbyterian Church's grant application for a fire suppression system and fire wall.
