Management's Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations ("MD&A") is intended to provide readers of our financial statements with a narrative from the perspective of our management on our financial condition, results of operations, liquidity, and certain other factors that may affect our future results. This MD&A was prepared effective August 31, 2026.
Our MD&A should be read in conjunction with our unaudited condensed interim consolidated financial statements of Dune Oil Corp. (formerly Trillion Energy International Inc.), (the "Company", "we", and "our") and the related notes thereto for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, and the audited consolidated financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024 and the related notes thereto. Unless otherwise noted, all currency amounts are in US dollars.
