St. Louis Work Zones April 16-22

ST. LOUIS - Drivers in Wentzville who use Pitman Avene to enter eastbound I-64, eastbound I-70 or southbound Route 61 should consider alternate routes due to a ramp closure this week.

Crews will close the Pitman Avenue/Leutkenhaus Boulevardramp to EB I-64, EB I-70 and SB Route 64 starting at 9 a.m. Thursday April 16 for paving work. The ramp to westbound I-70 will remain open. The ramp will reopen by 5 a.m. Friday, April 17.

Motorists should be aware of the following ongoing closures:

• I-55, St. Louis City and County, one northbound lane closed from north of Reavis Barracks to north of Bayless and two northbound lanes closed from north of Bayless to Virginia through early 2026.
• I-55, St. Louis City, one southbound lane closed from Virginia to River Des Peres through early 2026.
• I-55, St. Louis City, the ramp from Lafayette/Truman to southbound is closed through early 2026.
