Honigman recently represented O2 Investment Partners and its pool care platform, Azureon, a provider of pool care services in the United States, as it made an investment in Subcomm Pools, a leading provider of residential pool maintenance, repair, renovation, and construction services in the DMV (Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia) area.
The partnership expands Azureon's presence in the DMV market and marks the platform's 13th acquisition.
The Honigman corporate deal team of Partners Evan J. Leibhan and Michael J. Rhoad, with support from Associates Austin P. Holtshouser and Nicholas A. Prys, along with the finance deal team of Partners Clara L. Seymour and M. Brian Braum, Jr., and Associate Sarah Schade-McCarter, advised O2 Investment Partners and Azureon on the transaction.
