Conviction of Christopher Antonio Guzman De Los Santos for Drug Offenses

Concord, NH - Attorney General John M. Formella announces that Christopher Antonio Guzman De Los Santos, age 24, of Dedham, Massachusetts, has pleaded guilty and been sentenced to the New Hampshire State Prison for charges related to drug trafficking activity in Concord, NH.

Mr. Guzman De Los Santos pleaded guilty in Merrimack Superior Court to ten indictments: one count of conspiracy to sell a controlled drug, four counts of sale of fentanyl in a quantity greater than five grams, two counts of sale of methamphetamine in a quantity greater than five ounces, one count of dispensing methamphetamine, one count of possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, and one count of felonious use of a firearm. On the conspiracy charge, the court sentenced Mr. Guzman De Los Santos to 8 to 16 years in the New Hampshire State Prison, stand committed. The court sentenced Mr. Guzman De Los Santos to suspended time in the New Hampshire State prison on all remaining counts, to be served consecutive to the stand committed sentence, and concurrent with each other, if imposed.

The evidence in this case established that on multiple dates in February and March of 2025, Mr. Guzman De Los Santos sold significant quantities of fentanyl and/or methamphetamine to an undercover officer at locations in Concord. In the aggregate, the defendant sold approximately 400 grams of fentanyl and two pounds of methamphetamine. On at least one occasion, Mr. Guzman De Los Santos did so while armed with a loaded handgun.

The investigation and resolution of this case was the result of the collaborative efforts of the New Hampshire Attorney General's Drug Prosecution Unit and the New Hampshire State Police's Narcotics Investigation Unit.
