ARLINGTON, Va. | January 22, 2026 - Jeannette Cox, CAM, CAPS, Executive Vice President at Oddo Development, has been officially named 2026 Chair-Elect of the National Apartment Association's (NAA) Board of Directors. She was formally installed at NAA's annual Assembly of Delegates, held in Atlanta last November.
A dedicated leader in the industry, Cox has served with Oddo Development since 2003. The company specializes in commercial, industrial, residential and multifamily development, construction and management. She is a recognized thought leader and seasoned speaker on industry trends and operations, active in legislative affairs and an influential member of and volunteer throughout her local community.
In addition to vast industry experience with Oddo Development, Cox has been an active volunteer at all levels of NAA for nearly 20 years. In addition to serving as a Regional Vice President for NAA, Cox has chaired numerous committees at NAA including membership, next generation, technology and Apartmentalize. A proud member of the Apartment Association of Kansas City, Cox served as their President from 2011-2012.
