Watch: Miranda Lambert Shares Close-Up Look At Her Glamorous, Western-Inspired Wardrobe Pieces

Miranda Lambert is offering a close-up look at her stunning wardrobe pieces from her Velvet Rodeo Las Vegas residency. The pieces will be on display in the new Icons Gallery at the National Cowgirl Museum & Hall of Fame in Fort Worth, Texas.

"Miranda Lambert: Velvet Rodeo" is the inaugural display in the soon-to-open expansion, according to an announcement on Tuesday (October 13). Lambert helped curate the exhibit, which "features the one-of-a-kind wardrobe she wore during her Las Vegas residency," the press release states. The Texas-born country star's residency opened in September 2022, and it extended to April 2024.

"When I first visited the National Cowgirl Museum, I was so inspired by all of the amazing Western pieces on display that I sent a bunch of photos to my stylist, Tiffany. We mixed that inspiration with the heyday of Elvis to create the 'Velvet Rodeo' wardrobe," Lambert said in a statement. "Seeing these pieces now have a life beyond the stage as part of the Museum's new Icons Gallery feels really full circle and special."

Pat Riley, Executive Director of the National Cowgirl Museum & Hall of Fame, added in a statement that "Miranda's confidence, determination and independence make her a wonderful representative of the women we honor. Opening our Icons Gallery with this collaboration celebrates her accomplishments while giving visitors a new way to connect with a cowgirl they know and admire."

The Icons Gallery is part of a 16,000-square-foot expansion at the museum, according to the press release. The gallery opens on November 7.

"Miranda's 'Velvet Rodeo' styling was inspired by historic garments from iconic western tailors which she saw on display at the Museum," curator Ashley Kowalski said in a statement. "We are honored to give her residency wardrobe a new stage where the collection can be appreciated in its entirety."
