Per AS 38.05.070(e) and AS 38.05.070(c) the Department of Natural Resources (DNR); Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW), Southcentral Regional Land Office (SCRO) has made a decision to renew an existing land lease issued to Chris Craver for a 30-year term to support residential activities. The location of the lease is further described as within the SE1/4 SE1/4, Section 25, Township 26 North, Range 5 West, Seward Meridian, near Talkeetna, Alaska.

The decision will be posted on the Alaska Public Notice System website for 30 calendar days. For more information, please refer to the attached Renewal Decision or contact Leiana Cox at (907) 269-5047 or by e-mail at [email protected], or by fax to (907) 269-8913.
