Chinese Ambassador to Botswana Fan Yong Attends the 2026 Working Conference of the Association of Chinese Enterprises in Botswana
On March 28th, Ambassador Fan Yong attended the 2026 Working Conference of the Association of Chinese Enterprises in Botswana. Lan Yuqiang, the economic and commercial counselor, and representatives of Chinese enterprises in Botswana attended the conference.
Ambassador Fan stated that in the past year, China has made steady progress on its new journey of modernization, successfully concluded its 14th Five-Year Plan, and achieved steady economic growth and new results in high-level opening-up. Chinese enterprises in Botswana should seize the opportunity presented by the start of the 15th Five-Year Plan, adhere to legal and compliant operations, establish a positive corporate image, deepen practical cooperation between China and Botswana, and make new contributions to further promoting the China-Botswana Strategic Partnership to new heights.
