Stephen Bowers Joins Fidelity Bank as EVP, Lehigh Valley Market Executive

Forks, PA - September 8, 2025 - Daniel J. Santaniello, President and CEO of Fidelity Bank, is pleased to announce that Stephen Bowers has joined as Executive Vice President, Lehigh Valley Market Executive.

With 27 years of experience in commercial banking and finance along with his management skillset and civic contributions, Bowers will manage the Lehigh Valley Commercial Lending area for Fidelity Bank. In his role, Bowers will lead strategic growth, oversee lending operations, and strengthen client relationships across the region.

Previously, Bowers served as Lehigh Valley Region President at another area financial institution. With deep market expertise and commitment to local businesses, he will focus on driving growth and delivering trusted financial solutions to Fidelity Bank clients.

Announcing the appointment, Santaniello stated, "We're thrilled to welcome Steve into this key leadership role here at Fidelity Bank." He continued, "His deep understanding of commercial lending and commitment to building strong client relationships make him an invaluable asset to our team and to the Lehigh Valley Region."

A resident of Nazareth Pennsylvania, Bowers is a 1998 Graduate of the Smeal College of Business at the Pennsylvania State University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
