Idaho led the nation by passing the first law to protect equal athletic opportunities based on biological sex, and I joined the Idaho delegation in leading an amicus brief in support of that law. The SCOTUS ruling on Little v. Hecox today upholds Idaho's efforts to stand firm against attempts to dismantle the integrity of women's sports and Title IX protections."
