Welcome to the first edition of the AmpliTech Group newsletter. We'll be using this space to keep you informed about our progress, our technology, and the market we're building in.

We are pleased to have a lot to report. The past several months have been among the most active in AmpliTech's history. New certifications, new products, new validation milestones. Our commercial momentum reflects real operator confidence in what we've built. And we celebrated a five-year anniversary on Nasdaq that gave us a chance to step back and appreciate how far we've come.

AmpliTech 64T64R radio at the center of world's first AI-RAN demonstration

In a landmark demonstration at Northeastern University's Institute for Intelligent Networked Systems Open6G OTIC, our 64T64R Massive MIMO radio served as the central hardware platform for the world's first open-source prototype of a Massive MIMO AI-RAN system. The demonstration combined our radio unit with NVIDIA AI Aerial software for layer 1 and layer 2 RAN.

AI-RAN represents the integration of artificial intelligence directly into radio access network architecture at the layer where signals are transmitted and received. It is a foundational technology for next-generation 6G wireless systems, and this demonstration is the first time it has been achieved in an open-source, multi-vendor environment.

We designed the 64T64R for exactly this kind of environment, where signal fidelity, noise performance, and processing capability have to be there at the radio layer for the architecture to work.

AmpliTech Group joins the AI-RAN Alliance

AmpliTech has been approved for membership in the AI-RAN Alliance, the global consortium founded to bring artificial intelligence into radio access network infrastructure. The Alliance has grown to more than 130 member organizations across 17 countries. AmpliTech's core competencies - ultra-low-noise amplifiers, proprietary MMIC designs, and 5G Open RAN radio systems - address the hardware requirements that AI-RAN architectures demand at the radio layer.

New radio. New certifications. Already generating orders.

AmpliTech received FCC and ISED Canada certifications for our new 4T8R Open RAN radio unit, a platform designed to address a real gap in how operators build networks. Most deployments have relied on either conventional 4T4R radios or larger, more expensive higher-order systems. The 4T8R sits between them, with enhanced uplink performance, improved receive diversity, AI-ready architecture, and a deployment profile that makes the economics work for a much broader range of applications. The new platform is already generating commercial demand.

$6 million in follow-on orders in July

AmpliTech received more than $6 million in follow-on orders during July 2026, including nearly $4 million in additional orders under our existing LOI with a North American mobile network operator. These orders represent incremental demand beyond the quantities originally contemplated from a customer that has our technology deployed in a live network and decided to expand. The new orders also include recently certified products, further expanding the solutions available for commercial deployment.

Board authorizes $10 million stock buyback and suspends ATM offering

AmpliTech's Board of Directors authorized a stock repurchase program of up to $10 million over 24 months and suspended its at-the-market equity offering program. The company believes its current balance sheet - including a strong cash position, improved working capital, and no long-term debt - provides sufficient resources to fund its growth initiatives without additional equity issuance under the ATM facility.

Series A rights offering closed at $21.9 million

AmpliTech's Series A rights offering received approximately $21.9 million in subscriptions. The company intends to use the proceeds to support 5G Open RAN commercialization, working capital, inventory, sales and marketing initiatives, and general corporate purposes. The Series B rights offering remains open until November 20, 2026 under the ticker NASDAQ: AMPGZ.
