Sobriety Checkpoint Planned for Next Wednesday on Old Hickory Boulevard
A sobriety checkpoint is planned for Wednesday, March 18, from 8 to 10 p.m. on Old Hickory Boulevard in Hermitage. The checkpoint will be staffed by the MNPD's Traffic Division and extra-duty officers working through a grant from the Tennessee Highway Safety Office.
In 2025, 944 crashes in Davidson County involved impaired drivers, resulting in 43 fatalities.
