Meritex Welcomes James Szczepanski to the Atlanta Team

Meritex is pleased to welcome James Szczepanski as a Maintenance Technician supporting our Atlanta portfolio. James brings a strong background in construction and facilities maintenance, along with hands-on experience that will help ensure our properties continue to operate at the highest level.

Before joining Meritex, James worked with Georgia Commercial Builders, where he supported a variety of construction and property improvement projects. His responsibilities included property repairs, equipment operation, and general project support across both residential and commercial job sites. This diverse experience has given him a practical understanding of building systems and property operations, as well as the problem-solving skills needed to address day-to-day maintenance challenges.
