DASH GRANTS GO-LIVE IN JULY

Cayuse will sunset on July 1. The new Huron Research Grants & Agreements module will launch on July 13.
Between July 1 and July 13, the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) cannot accept, route, or process any grant applications!

NIH deadlines potentially impacted: renewals, resubmissions, revisions

• July 5 (6): R01/U01. The typical 5-day deadline would have been June 26 (which is a holiday week). Because of the DASH transition, the new deadline is 8:00 am June 24. NO EXCEPTIONS
• July 16: R03, R21, R33, R21/33, R34, U36, UH2, UH3, UH2/UH3. OSP will accept submissions that fully routed in DASH by 8:00 am July 14. HOWEVER, you are strongly urged to observe the June 24 via Cayuse.

A webinar series is available for principal investigators and departmental staff on using the Huron Grants and Agreements (HGA) system - UT's new platform for managing research proposals, awards, and agreements - in your day-to-day work.

Sessions cover reviews and approvals, funding proposals, agreements, and lifecycle actions. Multiple virtual sessions are offered April through June, with no registration required.
