Kirkland & Ellis represented Thoreau, a healthcare investment platform formed by former New Mountain Capital executive Matt Holt, in its strategic investment in Ensemble, a revenue cycle management platform for healthcare systems. The investment will support Ensemble's continued growth and accelerate investments in technology and talent. Ensemble currently manages more than $55 billion in net patient revenue for hospitals nationwide. Berkshire Partners, Warburg Pincus, and Bon Secours Mercy Health will continue as investors in Ensemble alongside Thoreau.
