Support to EU-Republic of Moldova research and innovation cooperation: Upcoming Proposal Writing Camp and Expert Consultations in Chisinau

From 16 to 18 February 2026, the European Commission invites researchers, innovators and National Contact Points from Moldova to a three-day Proposal Writing Camp at the National Agency for Research and Development in Chisinau.

The training will focus on collaborative research project proposals to be submitted under the Horizon Europe Work Programme 2026-2027 under Pillar II and Pillar III, but will also cover other funding instruments such as the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) under Pillar I.

In addition to the 3-day Camp, individual Expert Consultations are offered to support individual researchers and innovators in decoding calls, matching between the call and the researcher's and innovator's expertise and to support them in consortium building as well as securing roles in the consortium.

Interested researchers and innovators are invited to fill-in a registration form and register.
