Amy Klobuchar Dominates in Minnesota Gubernatorial Debate

DGA spokesperson Izzi Levy released the following statement on Amy Klobuchar's winning performance in Minnesota's gubernatorial debate:

"In tonight's debate, Amy Klobuchar reminded Minnesotans why they can always trust her to take on tough fights and deliver results, from fighting fraud and keeping communities safe to pushing for more affordable health care. Meanwhile, Lisa Demuth once again refused to find an inch of daylight between herself and Trump's reckless agenda that has wreaked havoc on Minnesota, lied about her record of voting to restrict rights and against capping health care costs, and failed to share her plan to bring down health care costs. The Trump agenda has sent prices sky-high on everything from gas to groceries to health care, but tonight Demuth showed yet again she won't stand up to the chaos coming from Washington Republicans. The choice on the debate stage tonight could not have been clearer, and Minnesotans are looking forward to Amy Klobuchar continuing to fight for them from the governor's office."
