Cal Cities is accepting applications for its revamped Cities for Workforce Health Consulting program. The no-cost, members-only program helps cities strengthen employee well-being, improve engagement, and support workforce retention.

Offered in partnership with Kaiser Permanente and Keenan & Associates, the program brings together human resources and well-being leaders to explore practical strategies, share real-world experiences, and learn from peers facing similar workforce challenges. Through four interactive virtual sessions, participants will gain actionable tools and insights to help advance workforce health initiatives within their organizations.

In 2027, the cohort will meet virtually on Feb. 24, April 28, June 23, and Aug. 25. Attendees will leave with actionable ideas that can be implemented within their organizations.

The deadline to apply is Oct. 30, 2026. The application takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes to complete. (A Word document version of the application is available for reference.)

Selected participants will be notified in November via email from Cal Cities. For questions, email [email protected].
