Los Banos DMV Office Reopens October 30

What you need to know: The Los Banos office will reopen to the public on Thursday, October 30. Most customers can save a trip to the office and do their DMV business online at dmv.ca.gov.
Sacramento - The California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) today announced that the Los Banos office at 814 West L St. will reopen at 8 a.m. on Thursday, October 30. The office is open to the public on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The office closed on October 2 for mold remediation.
Before Going to a DMV Office - Try Online First
Most DMV tasks do not require an office visit. The DMV encourages customers to use its online services and other service channels to complete transactions, such as eligible driver's license and vehicle registration renewals. Customers can also use the Service Advisor on the DMV website to learn about options to complete DMV tasks.
Go Paperless - To sign up for paperless vehicle registration and driver's license renewal notices, sign in or create a secure online account at dmv.ca.gov to opt in.
