Burbank Civic Center Earthquake Drill Scheduled for 9AM on January 29

Please be advised that the City of Burbank will be conducting an Earthquake Drill at the Civic Center which includes: City Hall (275 E. Olive Ave), the Administrative Services Building (301 E. Olive Avenue), the Community Services Building (150 N. Third St), and the Central Library (110 N Glenoaks Blvd) on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 9:00AM.

During the drill, all services at the Civic Center will be temporarily paused and an evacuation of the buildings will be required once instructed by city personnel. The evacuated General Public may gather in the building parking lot area until the drill is complete and clearance has been given by city officials to re-enter the buildings. The drill is expected to last approximately 30 minutes, and normal operations will resume immediately after.
