EGITUR-AI, winning project of the I Educational Innovation Contest

The first edition of the contest has received six proposals and has recognized EGITUR-AI for its commitment to intelligent tutoring based on artificial intelligence applied to learning.

Mondragon Goi Eskola Politeknikoa has concluded the first edition of the Educational Innovation Contest, thanking all the participating teams for the ideas and proposals presented. In total, six projects have been received, all of them of great interest and with an outstanding contribution to the field of teaching innovation.

Among the initiatives presented, the EGITUR-AI project has obtained the best overall assessment, reaching a total score of 84 points. Its objective is to develop and apply an intelligent tutoring system based on artificial intelligence for the learning of structural diagrams, taking as a starting point the fundamentals of mechanical physics to reach more complex structural systems; A proposal whose impact is expected to reach both bachelor's and master's degrees.

In recognition, the EGITUR-AI project will have hours of dedication during the 2026-2027 academic year for the development and implementation of the initiative. The results of the project will be shared next year and it is expected to develop a tool applicable to other areas of knowledge.

Mondragon Goi Eskola Politeknikoa highlights the high quality of the proposals received and thanks the commitment and involvement of all the participants in this first edition, which reinforces the institution's commitment to educational innovation.
