Request for Quotes - Event Planning and Scheduling Management Services
NOTICE INVITING QUOTES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Murrieta, in Riverside County, California, is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for EVENT PLANNING AND SCHEDULING MANAGEMENT SERVICES.
Responses to this Request for Quotes (RFQ) must be submitted electronically to [email protected] no later than 2:00 PM on Wednesday, October 8, 2025. Quotes received after this date/time will not be considered. It is the Proposer's responsibility to ensure that any quotes submitted have sufficient time to be received by the City of Murrieta.
All notifications, requests for information, updates, and addenda will be posted online on the City of Murrieta's website under Bid Postings. Proposers shall monitor the site to obtain information regarding this solicitation. Failure to respond to required updates may result in a determination of a nonresponsive qualification.
