Fourth-quarter highlights include:

• Revenues and expenditures remain in line with the budget
• Academy Street Deck adds 225 free public spaces downtown
• Davis Drive Park reopens with an inclusive, accessible playground
• The Soccer Tournament draws 57,942 spectators over six days
• Resident satisfaction reaches its highest ratings in the survey's 26-year history
