Dentons HPRP advises PT Tirta Sentosa Abadi on landmark hotel management deal with Ascott International

We are pleased to announce that Dentons HPRP has advised and represented PT Tirta Sentosa Abadi, a member of PT Pollux Properties Indonesia Tbk, in the signing of a Hotel Management Agreement with Ascott International Management Indonesia, part of The Ascott Limited, for the operation of a Citadines-branded property in Semarang.

This landmark agreement marks the first collaboration between PT Tirta Sentosa Abadi and The Ascott Limited and is expected to pave the way for future hospitality developments under the globally recognised Ascott brand.
