What We Did:
The purpose of this final management advisory is to communicate concerns identified during our "Evaluation of the DoW's Implementation of Electromagnetic Pulse Shielding for the U.S. Pacific Command" (Project No. D2025-DEV0SR-0049.000). We continue to conduct this evaluation, which began in December 2025, in accordance with the Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency's "Quality Standards for Inspection and Evaluation," December 2020.
