Eastbound Bismarck Expressway Reduced to 1 Thru Lane Between Washington Street and 3rd Street
Starting Monday, September 29, 2025, after 8:15am, eastbound Bismarck Expressway will be reduced to one through lane between Washington Street and 3rd Street for roadway repairs. The estimated duration is two or three days, weather permitting. No detour will be in place.
