U.S. and Canadian Sales of Combines See Slight Increase in June 2026

According to new data from AEM, U.S. sales of combines increased 3.9% in June 2026 compared to the year before. Canadian sales of combines were also up, ending the month 14.2% higher than June 2025.

U.S. sales of agricultural tractors dropped 18.4%, while Canadian sales declined 12.5% year over year in April 2026.

"The June data reflects a market that is still navigating significant economic headwinds," said Curt Blades, AEM Senior Vice President. "Although tractor sales remain below last year's levels, the increase in combine sales is a welcome development and demonstrates that farmers continue to invest where it makes the most sense for their operations. Greater certainty around market conditions and long-term farm policy remains critical to supporting confidence across rural America."

The Ag Tractor and Combine reports are released every month and can be found on the AEM Market Share Statistics page. The U.S. report can be downloaded from this page, while the Canadian report is available for download here.
