Water Main Repair Project Closes Lanes on North 70th Street

Lincoln Transportation and Utilities (LTU) today announced that northbound North 70th Street between Colby and Garland streets now has reduced lanes due to a water main repair project. Water service is expected to be restored around noon Wednesday, December 17. Additional street repairs will be needed and a work schedule is being evaluated.
Travelers are encouraged to seek an alternate route and exercise caution around this closure. LTU appreciates the public's patience and reminds residents that project dates are subject to change due to weather and unforeseen circumstances.
