Embracing Diversity & Inclusion at Sytner Group

Embracing diversity and inclusivity is a core Sytner Group value, so being the first automotive retail group to recruit a Head of Diversity and Inclusion was a major step forward in driving change within the business and beyond.

Jodie Williams, Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Sytner Group, said: "We are continuing to build a strong working culture that embraces the communities in which we belong to and are part of. Our involvement in Leicester Pride is just one of the ways we're looking to support underrepresented groups, as we ultimately want to learn from them to help us shape our business going forward.
